We offer standard shipping within 3-5 business days. For heavy gym equipment or bulk orders, delivery may take 7-10 business days depending on your location.
Do you provide installation services for home gym equipment?
Yes, AlQudra Sports offers professional installation services for treadmills, weight racks, and multi-gym stations for an additional fee. You can select this option at checkout.
What is your return policy for sports gear?
We offer a 14-day return policy on most items. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt. Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear and undergarments cannot be returned.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Most of our electronic fitness equipment and heavy machinery come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty. Specific warranty details can be found on the individual product pages.
Which payment methods do you accept?
